“Around 60,000 workforce, skilled and semi-skilled, preceded to Qatar for prospective job opportunities in construction and other sectors since 2015”, reported by official sources at Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development

According to the ministry’s official sources, Qatar had announced to hire 100,000 Pakistan’s workforce in 2015.

More than 12,000 Pakistanis were sent to Qatar during the first nine months of this year. Now, the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development was in contact with the concerned authorities in Qatar to fulfill the quota by the end of this year. This was all possible due to the sincere efforts of Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis, on the foreign front.
