According to the ministry’s official sources, Qatar had announced to hire 100,000 Pakistan’s workforce in 2015.
More than 12,000 Pakistanis were sent to Qatar during the first nine months of this year. Now, the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development was in contact with the concerned authorities in Qatar to fulfill the quota by the end of this year. This was all possible due to the sincere efforts of Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis, on the foreign front.

To ensure swift processing of intending emigrants’ visas, Qatar has established three visa facilitation centers at Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. Special facilitation centers are also set up for the job seekers who see Qatar as a prospective foreign job destination.
